what is a gelatin silver print?
its the product of traditional darkroom photography! film camera → take film roll to the evil red room → expose to light against a special paper coated with light-sensitive silver salts suspended in gelatin → dunked in chemical baths that turn the exposed silver into black crystals. this technique allows for moody blacks, microscopic sharpness, archival longevity, and I mean ... it's a one of a kind print!
